For over 30 years, the eorts that now form the foundation of the Omar Abdulhadi Foundation (OAF) were carried out individually by Omar Abdulhadi, driven by a transformative vision to address the profound needs of communities across Palestine, Jordan, and Lebanon. In 2023, these initiatives were institutionalized with the establishment of OAF, ensuring the continuity and expansion of this impactful work.

With around 40% of its eorts focused on education, the Foundation has embraced the power of learning to unlock potential and create pathways to a better future. Through decades of scholarships, university partnerships, and the construction of schools and essential educational facilities, these initiatives have become a steadfast source of support for countless students. Beyond the classroom, these eorts have cultivated generations of empowered graduates who, in turn, are inspired to give back. OAF’s work in social development, which encompasses approximately 35% of its efforts, reects a commitment to fostering thriving and resilient communities.
